  • Information you voluntarily provide about your health condition or reason for enquiring
  • Booking information submitted via Calendly (governed by Calendly's own privacy policy)
  • Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected automatically by our hosting provider (Firebase / Google)

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your enquiries and booking requests
  • Provide Alexander Technique sessions and related services
  • Send session reminders or follow-up messages relevant to your treatment
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data, share it with third parties for marketing purposes, or use it for any purpose other than providing our service.

Data Retention

We retain client records for a minimum of seven years in line with standard professional practice. Email enquiries that do not proceed to sessions are deleted within six months. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Your Rights below).
