You can get Alexander Technique home and workplace visits if you live in Manchester, for between £110 and £150 per visit, but I’m really limited to a couple of slots a week, so most people take a quick train ride out to Wilmslow, where I’m less than 5 minutes walk from the train station, or Stockport, where I’m close to the M60.

There are several direct trains to Wilmslow each hour, and the journey is really short. Check out my Wilmslow sessions, it’s just as easy as making your way around Manchester! Or my Stockport sessions – they’re really easy to get to too.
