My Wilmslow Alexander Technique sessions are very popular. We have a large room to work in with a huge mirror to check your poise and posture, which I can cover with a huge projector screen if you prefer not to see yourself!
The video screen projector means you can get video feedback, if you want, on whatever you like: how you sit and use a computer, your golf stroke, how you walk, your posture, or even your presentation skills.
I run my group classes here too, as there’s plenty of room and the facilities are great.

Parking is easy at Waitrose, which is free if you shop, or you can get cheap parking at the leisure centre, Hoopers, Sainsbury’s or wherever you like.
The clinic is also really easy to get to by rail, with the train station being only three or four minutes stroll away. Often my clients like to take an hour to stroll around Wilmslow and enjoy the great shopping too.
It’s really easy to park or get the train for your sessions.
