Single Alexander Technique Lessons
The best way to learn the Alexander Technique is by trying out a one-to-one lesson.
You first lesson lasts about an hour. Each following Alexander Technique session lasts 30-40 minutes,
During these Alexander lessons you’re gently guided as you learn how to sit, stand and walk in a new way. You gain awareness, learn to move more freely, and improve your coordination and posture. It feels good!
Gradually you’ll learn how to apply these changes in everyday situations, so you can practise Alexander Technique wherever you are – at work or at play. You gain a technique you can use throughout your life, getting more and more from it as you go on.
Trying a single session will give you an idea of just how rewarding it can be. Most people then carry on to the Six-Step Plan or book 12 or 24 sessions, but you can pay per session if you wish. Try out a single session in Wilmslow, Macclesfield or Stockport.
